Terms of Service
Read our conditions regarding voice receptionist automation, telephone routing limits, acceptable use, and API usage.
Effective: January 2025
1. Automated Responders
By configuring voice agents on Speekee, you authorise our gateway processes to answer incoming telephony connections on behalf of your business. Users must comply with TCPA rules and local regulations governing speech recording and automated responses. It is your responsibility to ensure callers are notified when interacting with an AI agent where legally required.
2. LLM Engine Rates & Failures
Since dialogue reasoning is powered by third-party or localised LLM servers (LM Studio, OpenAI, etc.), Speekee is not responsible for speech completion latency, incorrect parameter parsing, or server downtime on your configured endpoints. We recommend configuring a fallback endpoint in your Voice Agents settings to maintain continuity.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Speekee to initiate unsolicited outbound spam calls, execute fraudulent billing loops, coordinate malicious caller impersonation, or violate any applicable telecommunications law. Platforms found in violation will have their accounts suspended immediately without refund.
4. API & Webhook Responsibilities
Action triggers and CRM lookups are executed on behalf of your platform. Speekee acts as a conduit and is not liable for data loss, incorrect mutations, or third-party API failures that result from misconfigured endpoints. Always test new action triggers in a staging environment before deploying to production lines.
5. Account Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be retained for 90 days for regulatory purposes, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by contacting our support team.
