Security Standards
Learn about Speekee's enterprise-grade security, end-to-end encryption standards, and compliance frameworks.
Last updated: January 2026
1. Data Encryption (At Rest & In Transit)
All user data, including database records, system configurations, and conversation logs, are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All communications and external API connections are secured using TLS 1.3 or TLS 1.2 to protect data in transit from eavesdropping and interception.
2. Telephony & Media Stream Security
Voice streams routed through our SIP and Twilio gateways are encrypted. Call audio is processed in volatile memory buffers and is not written to physical disks unless recording is explicitly enabled. Once a transaction is completed, the audio buffer is purged immediately.
3. Infrastructure & Network Protection
Our systems are hosted on ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II compliant cloud infrastructure. We deploy active firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and execute regular automated vulnerability scanning to counter external threats and prevent unauthorized network entry.
4. Access Control & Multi-Tenancy
We enforce strict access controls. Each workspace is isolated using multi-tenant architecture to ensure that tenant databases and memory spaces are completely segregated. Access is guarded by secure token-based authentication and role-based permissions.
5. Responsible Disclosure
We value the work of security researchers. If you identify a potential vulnerability in our platform, please report it privately to our security team. We commit to acknowledging, investigating, and resolving verified reports promptly.
