Privacy Policy
Learn how Speekee manages, encrypts, and processes telephony metadata, voice transcripts, and CRM data loops.
Last updated: January 2025
1. Data Collection & Media Streams
Speekee proxy servers capture incoming telephony streams. Audio packets are forwarded in real-time to speech-to-text models for interpretation. Temporary voice recording buffers are immediately purged upon conversation completion, keeping only text transcript files for your account logs.
2. CRM Sync Integration & APIs
All credentials, API bearer tokens, basic auth passwords, and custom tokens saved in our databases are fully encrypted at rest using AES-256. Requests sent to your lookup systems and execution webhooks are routed over TLS 1.3. Speekee does not scrape or store customer CRM database records beyond what you explicitly return in webhook responses.
3. Transcript Logs Persistence
Conversation dialogue text and execution logs are stored to allow platforms to inspect and trace AI completions. You can request deletion of call records or wipe databases directly from your settings panel at any time. Retention periods can be configured per-tenant in compliance with local regulations.
4. Third-Party Services
Speekee integrates with third-party services including Twilio (telephony), Deepgram (speech recognition), and OpenAI or LM Studio (language models). Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their respective data handling disclosures if you process sensitive personal data through their APIs.
5. Your Rights
As a platform owner or end-user, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete personal data associated with your account at any time. Submit a data request via our support email and we will respond within 30 days in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable local laws.
